  • If I'm a beginner, can I come to classes?

    You certainly can! Our classes are suited to all fitness levels - whether you are just starting out, experienced in the gym or an athlete!

  • What can I expect in a Strength class?

    Our strength classes include a mix of bodyweight, free weight, barbell complex work, and cable exercises. These are time based workouts where you can go at your own pace!

  • If I'm pregnant, can I come to classes?

    Training while pregnant differs from person to person and ultimately comes down to you & your doctors discretion. Yours and bub's health is our number one priority so we do require a medical certificate from your Doctor giving you the all clear to train! 


    Once your Doc does clear you to train, we are always happy to alter exercises in class to suit as your pregnancy progresses!


  • Do you offer a creche?

    Yes, we offer complimentary child minding in our 9:15am class! Spots must be booked via the link under 'Creche'. If your child does not require supervision, you are free to bring them along to any of your sessions and they can hang out in reception or in the kids room. 

  • What are your membership options?

    We offer a range of flexible, contracted or casual membership options! Check out our 'Memberships' tab for pricing!

  • What are your opening hours?

    • Mon-Fri 4:45am-7:00am, 9:00am-10:30am and 4:45pm-7:15pm
    • Sat 6am-9am
    • Sun Closed

  • What times are your classes on?

  • Do you offer Personal Training?

    Absolutely! We have amazing PT's that you can contact directly for pricing & availability!

  • Do I need to be a member to do PTs?

    Nope! You can book in and train with any of our PT's without being a member of Fit Nation. 

  • What if I don't know anyone?

    You don't need to! Our Fit Nation team and community of members are the most welcoming, friendly & warm bunch of people you'll ever meet! We are here to welcome you & help in any way we can!

  • What is your 8 week Elevate challenge?

    It is designed to improve your health, fitness, lifestyle, mindset and habits!

  • Why would I do a Elevate challenge if I don't want to lose weight?

    Many people participate for so many reasons that don't necessarily involve weight loss! Gain muscle, change body composition, improving mental health, socialising and just taking 8 weeks out of their busy lives to focus on themselves!



  • Do you open outside class times?

    We are currently in the process of adding in 24/7 access soon!


  • Is sauna access included in my membership?

    Yes! All Fit Nation memberships include sauna access at no additional cost.

  • Do I need to book the sauna?

    Yes, sauna sessions must be booked to ensure availability and privacy. Booking details are available at the gym or through reception.

  • How long should I use the sauna for?

    Most sessions range from 10–20 minutes, depending on your experience and comfort level.

  • Can beginners use the sauna?

    Absolutely. If you’re new to sauna use, start with shorter sessions and build up gradually.

  • Is the sauna suitable after every workout?

    Yes, many members use the sauna after training to support recovery. Just make sure you stay hydrated and listen to your body.

  • Can I use the sauna with someone else?

    Yes! Our sauna is a 2-person sauna, perfect for using solo or with a friend.

  • What should I bring to a sauna session?

    We recommend:

    • A towel
    • Water bottle
    • Comfortable clothing
  • Does sauna use help with weight loss?

    Sauna use can support fat loss by increasing calorie burn and improving recovery, but it works best when combined with regular training and proper nutrition.

  • Is sauna use safe?

    Sauna use is safe for most people. If you have medical conditions or are unsure, consult a healthcare professional before use.

  • Do I need to follow a strict meal plan?

    No. Meal plans are flexible tools, not rules. They’re designed to support you while still allowing freedom, choice and enjoyment.

  • Is this nutrition coaching suitable for beginners?

    Absolutely. Education is simple, supportive and tailored to your experience level.

  • Do you support weight loss goals?

    Yes, if that’s your goal. We focus on sustainable weight loss through habits, not restriction.

  • Is this an online service?

    Yes. Coaching is delivered online so you can access support from anywhere.

  • How often are check-ins?

    Check-ins are fortnightly, providing regular support without overwhelm.

  • Do you track progress beyond the scale?

    Yes. We use photos, measurements, reflections and non-scale wins to track meaningful progress.

  • What if my life gets busy or things go off track?

    That’s expected. Support adapts as life changes - this is real-life nutrition coaching.
