Program Description
Pure Power is our dedicated Olympic lifting class designed to build explosive strength, refined technique, and total-body power.
This class focuses on the fundamentals and progressions of the Olympic lifts — the snatch and clean & jerk — along with accessory strength work to support performance and prevent injury.
Every session includes:
- Extensive, purposeful warm-ups to activate key muscle groups, improve mobility, and prime the nervous system
- Technique-focused progressions, with movements slowed down and broken into clear stages
- Step-by-step coaching, ensuring lifts are taught safely and correctly from the ground up
- Drills and positional work to develop confidence, precision, and barbell control
- Strength-building accessory work to reinforce power and stability
