InBody Scans x 2

As part of the 6-Week Challenge, you’ll receive 2 Body scans to help you track your progress with accuracy and detail. These scans go beyond the number on the scale, giving you a complete breakdown of body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and overall balance. By using real scientific data, you’ll be able to see exactly how your body is changing and celebrate results that truly reflect your effort.

Sunday Sessions

As part of our 6-Week Challenge, we’ll be hosting a special Sunday Session every week to bring everyone together for an extra boost of energy and motivation! These sessions will be held either in the gym or at a local outdoor location, giving you a fun mix of training environments. Each workout is designed to push you a little further, build team spirit, and keep you on track with your goals. Make sure you don’t miss them—they’re a great way to stay accountable, connect with others in the challenge, and finish your week strong!

Recipe Booklet

As part of our 6-Week Challenge, you’ll also receive a nutrition recipe booklet designed to make healthy eating simple, enjoyable, and sustainable. Packed with delicious, easy-to-follow recipes, it will help you fuel your body with the right foods to support your training and recovery. From quick breakfasts to wholesome dinners and snacks, the booklet gives you plenty of variety while keeping your nutrition on track. Combined with our weekly Sunday Sessions, this added resource ensures you have everything you need—inside and outside the gym—to reach your goals.

Friendships

One of the most rewarding parts of the 6-Week Challenge is the friendships you’ll build along the way.

Training together, pushing through tough sessions, and celebrating wins creates a supportive community where everyone lifts each other up.

You’ll connect with like-minded people who share your goals, encourage you when it gets tough, and cheer you on as you succeed. By the end of the 6 weeks, you won’t just walk away with results.



You’ll also have new friendships that make the journey even more enjoyable and motivating.

Private Fb Group

During the challenge you will be welcomed into a private online forum. This forum will help connect you with other challengers; allowing you to share training tips, delicious food ideas and also give you that little bit of extra support when needed.

 

We will also host social events throughout the challenge which is a great way to get to know the community and build some pretty epic friendships too!

End of year Party

To celebrate the end of the year and all the hard work you’ve put in, we’ll be hosting our End of Year Christmas Party!


This is a chance to relax, have some fun, and enjoy time with the amazing community we’ve built throughout the year.


There’ll be plenty of laughs, good vibes, and a chance to celebrate everyone’s achievements together both inside and outside the gym.


It’s the perfect way to wrap up the year, connect with friends, and kick off the festive season in style.
