Performance 60 – Strength & Conditioning
Performance 60 is our signature strength-focused class designed to build muscle, improve movement quality, and elevate overall performance — finished with a short, purposeful WOD to put your strength into action.
This class is built around structured strength training, using progressive programming to help you get stronger safely and consistently.
Every session includes:
- Extensive, targeted warm-ups to activate key muscle groups, improve mobility, and prepare your body to lift well
- Dedicated strength work focusing on compound lifts such as squats, presses, pulls, and deadlifts
- Controlled tempos and intentional movement, prioritising technique and quality over speed
- Progressive overload programming to ensure measurable results
- A short, focused WOD (Workout of the Day) to finish — designed to complement the strength component, not exhaust it
Performance 60 is about training with purpose. You’ll lift with intent, build real strength, and then challenge yourself with a conditioning piece that reinforces power, endurance, and resilience.
