Program Description

Mobility is our dedicated mobility class designed to improve flexibility, enhance movement quality, and support recovery.


This session focuses on slowing down, improving joint health, and helping your body move the way it was designed to — whether you’re lifting heavy, training hard, or simply wanting to feel better day to day.


Every session includes:


  • Guided mobility flows targeting hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles
  • Deep stretching and controlled end-range work to increase flexibility safely
  • Activation and stability drills to strengthen newly gained range
  • Breathwork integration to support nervous system recovery
  • Intentional, low-impact movement to reduce stiffness and soreness

Mobility isn’t just about stretching — it’s about building usable range, improving posture, and keeping your body resilient for the long term.
