Burner is our short, sharp, high-intensity interval training class designed to get in, work hard, and get results.
This is fast-paced, efficient training that combines strength, cardio, and functional movements into powerful intervals that challenge your whole body — without taking up your whole day.
Every session includes:
- A dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for intensity
- Short, focused HIIT intervals designed to maximise effort and output
- A mix of bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and conditioning equipment
