Program Description
Our STRENGTH classes use purposely designed 10-week blocks to improve strength and overall function. Utilizing progressive overload and thoughtful programing, classes will be run in timed pods including set and rep specific training.
Muscle Growth: Effective weightlifting techniques to build and tone muscles.
Injury Prevention: Strengthen joints and improve posture.
Enhanced Endurance: Increase stamina with progressive overload.
